Bringing your project to life is a collective effort. Here’s everything you need to know about my process, services, and creative collaboration.

🟡 Step 1: Get in Touch

To help me understand your project, make sure to include things like:

Project Type: What kind of project is it - commercial, animation, video game, e-learning, explainer, or narration?

Script Length: How long is the script? An estimated runtime or word count works perfectly.

Usage & Licensing: Where will the voiceover be used - TV, radio, YouTube, paid social, or internal training? This helps determine usage terms and licensing.

Duration of Use: How long will it run - a one-off, seasonal campaign, or long-term project?

Script Samples (Optional): If you have a draft script, feel free to send it through - I’m happy to provide a short custom sample if needed 😊

🟠 Step 2: Quote & Sample

Once I’ve got the details, I’ll send you a personalised quote based on industry-standard rates and, if requested, a short sample read of your script so you know what to expect 😊

🟢 Step 3: Lock It In

If everything looks good, I’ll confirm the job and send over a simple contract. From there, I’ll need the final script, any direction notes or references, and we’ll get rolling!

🔵 Step 4: Recording

You’re welcome to direct the session live via Source Connect, Zoom, or Google Meet - or I can record independently and deliver clean, polished audio - usually within 24-48 hours, depending on the scope of the project.

🟣 Step 5: Revisions & Delivery

You’ll receive the final audio in your preferred format. One round of reasonable revisions is included - and I’ll always work with you to make sure you’re happy with the end result.

🤍 Step 6: Wrap-Up

Once you’re all set, I’ll send through the invoice (standard 14-day payment terms) which can be paid via bank transfer, Wise, or PayPal.

No. My voice is licensed solely for the purposes outlined in each individual project agreement. I do not consent to the use of my recordings, likeness, or vocal data for AI training, cloning, synthesis, or machine learning.

My voice is an authentic human performance and not available for AI replication. This means every client receives a distinct sound and performance crafted specifically for their project - never recycled or replicated by artificial systems.

This also applies to any demos or samples found on my website or other platforms. All recordings are protected by copyright and licensing terms and may not be copied, downloaded, redistributed, or used - even partially - for AI training, voice cloning, or similar technologies.

Any unauthorised use of my voice, likeness, or recordings may result in legal action. I deeply value the creative integrity of my work and the trust that comes with each collaboration. If you’re unsure whether your project involves AI tools or outputs, please reach out - I’m always happy to clarify.
